“There is a light within each of us that can never be diminished or extinguished. It can only be obscured by forgetting who we are.” —Deepak Chopra

About me . . .

Partnering with people to bring about positive change is work that I love doing. I have spent a lot of years in the hospitality, wellness and design worlds managing teams and working closely with people to effect change. Several years ago, I realized that the work I had been doing for 15 years had become less about working with people and more about administration. The question I began asking myself was “How can I find a way back to working directly with people and do it in a way that feels important and meaningful to me now?”

That question led (as questions often do) to an intriguing possibility—life coaching. That “possibility” grew into a desire that eventually took me back to school to participate in the professional coach training program at Rhodes Wellness College, in Vancouver, BC. I completed my training, became certified, and began my career as a Life Coach.

About Life Coaching . . .

The coaching relationship is a safe and confidential space in which you can freely explore your thoughts, ideas and goals and be heard and supported in moving forward and staying true to your hopes, desires and dreams.

The coach and client relationship is a partnership that is centred on the client’s goals and based on the belief that the client is the expert in their own life. Which is why, when you seek support from me as your life coach, you can expect a listening partner who will encourage your self-discovery, ask you possibility-expanding questions and—most importantly— trust your ability to design your own future.
